Youth Passageways Network Ambassador
After 4 days of beautiful and powerful work, and marked by our first ever public event "Blessings and Beauty," the Youth Passageways 2016 Gathering has come to an end. A HUGE thank you to all who made the journey from both near and far. It was a deeply pivotal moment for this network and we've definitely begun to lay the foundation towards a future of seemingly endless possibilities. Let more and more voices join our circle to feed the dreaming of a better world for ALL our young people!
365 days on an island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean
There is something pretty special about being able to say, "yea, I lived in Hawaii for a year."
From the look on my face, I can see that there were times I wasn't quite sure what I had gotten myself into. And I'll be the first to admit, I don't always 'point positive', but here are some things I can say I'm proud of having done, accomplished, healed & faced.

So I write A Haiku Every Day To Save My Life- I did come to this island in the middle of the pacific ocean with an active volcano to do just that. And only now, 8 months being here, am I seeing any semblance of truly engaging in this effort, as longing becomes stillness & paradoxically movement, black & white becomes gray, control rejects me and the windows are cracked & the doors unlocked, inviting curiosity to return home. Gifting myself time every day to “looking....finding it everywhere”.
